Investment projects

More than 28 million dollars would be invested in the construction of six objects for business and leisure in the zone of "Valea Morilor" - one of the most beautiful parks of Chisinau city. 

The territory of IEC "Moldexpo", the most popular place in Chisinau city, is situated on the bank of the picturesque lake, in "Valea Morilor" park and it has remained a favorite place of citizens and guests of the capital during many years. The territory should be developed and divided into specialized zones, according to the Government's Decree № 240 of the Republic of Moldova dated March 10, 2004.

Construction of 6 objects of business and cultural destination, would be implemented in accordance with the General Plan of Territory Development. According to the General Town-planning, Park of Leisure and Entertainment, Entertainment Center and Aqua-park would enlarge the zone of tourism and entertainment and would become one of three big component parts of the territory.

 Business Center, Hotel and Business and exhibition complex would complete the exhibition business zone, where there are located exhibition pavilions of IEC „Moldexpo" S.A and organized more than 30 exhibitions and fairs.

On the territory there is an unfinished construction building destined for Business Center. According to the project, the object should become a highly effective Business Center, directed towards meeting supply and demand of the customers. Due to the large territory and technical facilities, with the equipped modern engineering systems, offices, premises of hotel and restaurant destination, there would appear a possibility to hold manifestations of local and international levels. This is the place, where there would be rendered services up to International Standards (consulting, professional trainings, technical services etc.), as well as organized and held business-forums and other events. The project is expected to be of maximum economic effectiveness and would win the leading place on the market of real estate.

Business and exhibition complex include a multifunctional pavilion and a congess center. The pavilion would allow holding of events of economic, social, cultural character.  Due to its originality, Multifunctional pavilion would arouse interest of the population, and, thus, the demand to hold different manifestations would be considerably increased, and would attract local population as well as tourists, investors in a direct or indirect way.

Construction of the objects along with the activity held there, would contribute to development of business environment as well as to enlargement of service segment in our Republic.
